Target group: pre-intermediate – upper-intermediate English language learners
Aim: communicative skills development in the area of Business English language with a focus on new business vocabulary, speakingand writing

Making business contacts (establishing contact at a trade fair, small talk strategies, e-mail conventions and phrases)
Offers, tenders and bids (talking about a product, the tendering process, active listening, an offer letter, a request for proposal)
Managing meetings (discussing terms and conditions, agreeing and disagreeing, starting and ending negitiations, making presentations)
Orders (telephone orders, an oline orders, a change to an orderm numbers and figures)
Customer care (dealing with problems over the telephone and in writing, an online complain form, letters of complaint and apology)
Employment (Recruitment process, CV, jobs and obligations)
Organization structures (hierachy, Ltd, offshores, etc)
Money (reading graphs and writing financial reports)
Business strategy ( planning business strategy ahead)
Clients and visitors (polite English, welcoming clients to your organisation)
